A Note from our President

2024 has come to an end! This year’s greatest challenge was finding and securing good talent to join our experienced team. We can confidently say that we are going into the new year with an amazing staff that is eager to grow and learn. Our greatest success this year was our employees’ embrace of focusing on quality and safety, something that is always a #1 priority for us. 

We are always very grateful for the hard work of our employees. There are long days, nights, and weekends spent on the job without complaints. With the additional contracts we have secured, we are looking forward to continued growth in 2025. If you are an employee – thank you. If you are a family member – thank you. Company Picnic

To enjoy the summer weather and foster a strong team spirit, we like to host an annual summer picnic. It’s a fantastic way for employees and their families to connect outside of the office and build stronger relationships. This year, we enjoyed a wood-fired pizza oven, face painting, and our annual Corn Hole tournament.

Festive Competition

We can’t help but get a little competitive here at UCI. Check out this year’s annual Halloween Costume and Holiday Ugly Sweater contest entries!

UCI Annual Company Meeting

Our annual company meeting was held at Schoolcraft Community College. We celebrated employee anniversaries, recognized those who showed outstanding performance in 2024, reviewed benefits and safety updates, and enjoyed a company lunch surrounded by friends.
